My life’s academic training has made me develop a robust scientific research interest. During my master’s degree, I gained good experience in bioinformatics application. During my dissertation, I have worked on Gene Ontology Mapping and Annotation of Synechocystis and have tried to find annotation of the hypothetical sequence of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803, this study also reported a need to develop standardized data to solve the biological problem of accumulating hypothetical proteins and further relate it to the distribution of sequence and enzymes among biochemical pathways. Similarly, on summer training in CSIR-CCMB, that research was based on EGFR- Tyrosine Kinases Domain mutation and resistance and observed the effect of single and compound mutation along with Insertion and deletion on the binding of first, second, and third-generation EGFR inhibitors. After my master’s, I worked on multi-omics datasets and artificial intelligence in a cancer project. My past year’s research focused on somatic mutation and omics datasets for survival and grade prediction for cancer patients. with artificial intelligence and further related it to the drugs to be administered and also included the necessary factors required for the enhancement of therapeutic designs or personalized treatment.

Project Description

The project focuses on autoimmune disease and its genetic similarity and molecular consequences of the individuals’ mutations, genotype, phenotypic, and Whole Exome/Genome data along with different omics data by utilizing unsupervised techniques
