Michael Olbrich graduated in Computer Science at Universität zu Lübeck in 2018. He finished his Master’s thesis on the application of factor graphs to EMG signals in the Institute for Electrical Engineering in Medicine. Since February 2018 he is part of the Busch lab and is concerned with the mitigation of batch effects in sequence data of microbiota.
