Fabian Ott graduated in Biology at the University of Göttingen in 2016 and in Molecular Life Science at the University of Lübeck in 2020. Interested in bridging the gap between wet lab and informatics, he finished his Master’s thesis on Single Cell Applications and their Bioinformatic Analysis at the Institute of Medical Systems Biology.
Currently, he is involved in the ProtectMove CRC, analyzing transcriptome and exome data of movement disorders. Additionally, he is supporting and working on the Single Cell Core Facility projects.
