help you push the boundaries of your research. Uncover molecular insights,
dissect cell-type differences, detect novel subtypes and biomarkers, and more.
The seminar will introduce you to the latest innovations in single-cell RNA
sequencing (RNAseq) analysis, including the integration of protein profiling
through BioLegend’s TotalSeq technology (presented by Agata Widera, BioLegend).
The first session will cover applications for fresh samples (single-cell and
single nuclei suspensions), while the second session will focus on the analysis
of fixed samples using the Flex assay. Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome
Dr. Kristian Händler and Dr. Anke Fähnrich / Yamil Maluje from the UKSH Lübeck as
speakers holding a presentation about their research on myocardial samples and
their capabilities and expertise in single-cell RNAseq, respectively.
