The project focuses on the skin disorder Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV), combining the Fluid Force Microscopy, omics data (transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic), and integrative data analysis and modeling to reveal the mechanism that drives the tissue remodeling during injury. This will help develop novel treatment approaches, which will benefit not only PV but also other severe human inflammatory and neoplastic diseases.
